I think that this quote But Matt means that if you try your very best and you don't give you will for sure to achieve your goal. What ever it is you is trying to achieve you will. if you have determination. If you have alot of Persistence then you will most likely achieve and be successful but for that you need to give it your all. It won't happened from one day to another , it will take time but trust it will pay of.
