I think this quote means that , when you have a hard decision to make even if you wanna do the wrong thing it is better to pick what is right , and if you do nothing bad will happen and you will never regret the chose you made , and you will feel good about doing th right thing , and you will feel good within yourself for not choosing the wrong . If you pick the right , everything will be okay .
