Reflection : i think this quote means that , whatever your doing you know whether it is right or not , and that u decided whether to do it or not , just know  that if your doing something you know you are not supposed to be doing and it feels not good then thats because it is not good , your choosing the wrong there .

examples can be , missing school , not obeying the school rules .
